For [[YEARS]] years I prepared returns [[PRIOR_CONTEXT]]. I saw the same thing over and over: people who were anxious about their taxes not because their situation was complicated, but because nobody had ever sat down and explained it to them.

I started this firm to fix that in my small corner of it. My clients get me. Not a call center, not a different preparer every February. When you have a question in July about something we filed in March, you text me and I answer.

What I'm stubborn about

• I explain things. You should understand your own return. If you don't, I haven't finished.
• I ask a lot of questions. The things that get missed are almost never on a form. They come up in conversation.
• I don't guess. If something is unclear I look it up, or I tell you it's uncertain. You won't get confident-sounding nonsense from me.
• I'm reachable. Year-round, not just January through April.
